1. Introduction

Color & Relax: Adult Coloring (“the App”) is a coloring book application designed for Adult. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users, especially children. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Specifically:

  • We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.
  • We do not collect location data.
  • We do not use analytics or tracking tools.
  • We do not use advertising SDKs or display ads.
  • We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.
  • We do not collect device identifiers for tracking purposes.
  • We do not share any data with third parties.

3. Data Stored Locally on Device

The App stores the following data exclusively on the user’s device. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party:

  • Coloring progress: drawings in progress, completed drawings, color selections, and thumbnail previews are saved locally so users can resume their work.
  • Preferences: language selection, haptic feedback setting, and daily reminder preferences are stored in the device’s local storage.
  • Achievement progress: completion milestones, usage streaks, and coloring time are tracked locally to display achievement badges within the App.

This data can be deleted at any time by the user through the “Reset Progress” option in the App settings, or by uninstalling the App.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (a monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase) managed entirely through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit framework. All purchase transactions, billing information, and payment processing are handled exclusively by Apple. We do not have access to any payment or billing information.

5. Contact Form (Report a Problem)

The App includes an optional “Report a Problem” feature in the Parents section. If a parent chooses to use this feature, the device’s default email client (Apple Mail) opens with a pre-filled message.

6. Network Requests

The App makes a single network request to https://coloringbook.studionamaste.net/apps.json to display a list of our other apps and books. This request does not send any user data, device identifiers, or personal information. It only retrieves a static list of app titles, descriptions, and App Store links.

7. Photo Library Access

The App may request permission to save colored drawings to the device’s photo library. This permission is optional and only used to export completed artwork. No photos are read from or uploaded from the library.

8. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party services that collect user data. Specifically:

  • No advertising networks
  • No analytics platforms
  • No social media SDKs
  • No crash reporting services that transmit personal data

The only third-party framework used is Apple’s StoreKit for in-app purchases, which is managed by Apple under their own privacy policy.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

All App data is stored locally on the user’s device. Users can delete all data by:

  • Using the “Reset Progress” option in the App settings
  • Uninstalling the App from the device

No data is retained on our servers because no data is ever transmitted to our servers.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this document. We encourage users to review this policy periodically.
